This class takes the basic principles and exercises to a new level. The reformer uses spring based resistance that develops muscles without bulk and provides immediate feedback on synchronized movements. For those new to the reformer it may look like a piece of equipment found in a medieval torture chamber, but the exercises and stretches feel too good to keep those thoughts for long. *Pilates socks are required to participate.
Reformer Level 1 / 2
A beginner to intermediate class that re-enforces Pilates principals. All levels are welcome. Reformer springs and exercises can be adjusted by the instructor to provide you with the best workout for maximum results.
Fast paced & designed to bring your workout to another level, this class challenges clients with Advanced work on the Reformer. Recommended for clients who have taken a minimum of 15-20 reformer classes.
Circuit appeals to those who like a bit of everything....incorporating the reformer, tower and/or chair for 60 minutes of mentally and physically demanding work. Get ready to move! Recommended for clients who have taken a minimum of 15-20 reformer classes.
Tabata is 20 seconds of full-on work followed by 10 seconds of “find your breath” rest. A full rest after 8 “cycles” and then on to the next for 60 minutes of fat burning!
The best of both worlds in one 60 minute class! This class combines 30 minutes of TRX and 30 minutes of Reformer. Fast paced and challenging, this class is recommended for clients who are familiar with Reformer Pilates principles. *Pilates socks and sneakers are required to participate.
